Bordered by the state of Mississippi on the North, St. Helena Parish on the East, East Baton Rouge on the South and West Feliciana on the West, this beautiful area of Louisiana reflects the charm and grandeur that is the South. Christmas in Clinton

Join us for lighting of Christmas trees in downtown Clinton at 5:30 p.m. on December 2 with Christmas music and open businesses at 5:30 pm on December 2.  The Clinton United Methodist Church will serve gumbo at 5 pm and host a silent auction and bazaar in the fellowship hall on the corner of Hwy 67 north and Hwy 10 downtown.  Join the public there at 6:00 pm for a children’s program and at 7:00 pm in the sanctuary for “Michael: An Eye Witness” drama.  Free.   Tour downtown by horse ‘N buggy ride.  Charge.

On Saturday, December 3 at 8:00 am, the Clinton Community Market promises lots of unique gifts by over a hundred vendors and a bazaar with handmade items at the Clinton United Methodist Church and pictures with Santa for $5.  Free parking is available on the church grounds. The Christmas parade rolls downtown at 10:00 am from East Feliciana High School.   Contact Andrea or Sharon at the Town Hall for parade entry forms.  Another great community market is planned for December 17.

These books may be purchased at the East Feliciana Parish Police Jury Office Located at 12064 Marston Street, Clinton, LA or you may mail in a request with your payment, but please include postage of $2.00 each book to P.O. Box 427 Clinton, LA 70722. You may call us with any questions at 225-683-8577.

Visit the Greater Baton Rouge Model Railroaders complex in Jackson. Open on the second and fourth Saturday of each month, year round, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free.
